room 7 went out outside to play  a game called Netball. With Miss Atuahiva Mrs George. First We  jog around the count once or twice. When we were finished    we got in two  teams. Next  Miss Atuahiva or Mrs George called out a number. After that the four numbers were called out we would run a get the ball and we would run and get in the hope and it in the hall hope. That means one team win and another term lose. But that was we would say nice try to the other team.  Finally Apple Won the game But we said  Nice Try to orange. Then we went to have a drink. The 11th Auckland Diwali Festival was held on 13 – 14 October, 2012 at Aotea Square.

Highlights of the festival included delicious food stalls showcasing authentic cuisine, traditional and contemporary  dance and music, the hotly contested Bollywood dance competition, a magical lighting installation and a grand finale fireworks display.

The Auckland Diwali Festival was organised by Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development (ATEED)  in partnership with ASIA New Zealand Foundation.

Space Shuttle Discovery

Space shuttle Discovery blasted off the launch pad at Cape Canaveral on October 24th 2007, at 11.38 in the morning. 

This is the shuttle's 23rd flight to the International Space Station. The crew of seven astronauts on board will install a new module, which in turn, will allow the addition of new European and Japanese space laboratories on upcoming missions.

To get to their destination, the butterflies follow the direction of the sun. However that is not easy as it sounds, because thanks to the Earth's rotation, the sun is constantly moving. So this, is how they do it.

First, with the help of a 24-hour body clock, known as circadian clock that lies in their antenna, the butterflies deduce whether it's 8 in the morning or 4 in the afternoon. This helps them figure out whether the sun should be on the right or left. Once they know that, they follow the angle of the sun, which is captured by special cells called photoreceptors that sit inside their eyes, to get to their destination. Scientists have dubbed this surprisingly sophisticated system - time adjusted sun compass.

Meet Venus, The World's Only Known Two-Faced Cat

Referring to someone as 'two-faced', usually means he/she is deceitful orinsincere. But Venus the cat is neither - She actually has . . . . . . Two faces! Completely black on the right and completely ginger on the left. What's even more amazing is that even her eye colors are different - blue on the ginger side and green on the black side.

The striking-looking cat that now resides in Florida with Christina and Chris began her life as a feral stray at a North Carolina dairy farm. Christina discovered heraccidentally after a friend posted some photos on her Facebook page.

It was love at first sight! Given that she had an orange tabby and a black cat already, Christina thought adding Venus to the family seemed to make perfect sense. Given that the family was not really looking for an additional pet, she had to convince Chris a little. But once he saw the two gorgeous eyes he too, could not resist

On the 29 of  august the students went on the bus to the museum to learn all  about all the counters. The teachers were Wahine and   Awhina Whaea Lee-ann  Alicia.

Whaea  Lee-ann took as to the maori Natural . Whaea  Lee-ann show  as what to  put in the boat when we go on our tip.Whaea Lee-ann told as to stand up and go on this maori  place and sit down. There were notes, carving of bones.
